Noah's Ark Animal Hospital and Bird Clinic Review

Well, I had to take Kiki to the vet. Her beak was overgrown. I called around and I found two vets in Columbia that would do the procedure. The first one I called said it would be twenty five dollars. Of course, I would be willing to spend the money on Kiki, but I didn't want to have to. The next vet place I called was Noah's Ark, and they were willing to do it for only seven dollars - far more reasonable.

After reading reviews I found out that the place even works on small mammals and reptiles. I also read that it is the cheapest vet in the area.

The place wasn't crowded, though I read that it is sometimes. I think there was just one other patient - a kitten- when we arrived. and it didn't take long for the vet to come to work on Kiki. It started to get more crowded by the time we left. There were three or four dogs and a guinea pig.

I had also read that the workers were rude. They seemed friendly and polite to me. The vet didn't get worked up at all when Kiki started flying around the room (I was able to catch her pretty quickly, though.)

It was kind of worrying when they started using a full-sized dremel on Kiki, but she was not harmed at all.

I would recomend this vet. It's not only a good place, it's cheap. I plan on coming back to Noah's Ark for all my vet needs, at least as long as I live in Columbia.

  1. So Kiki is still alive? Since you said that you bought another bird, I thought Kiki was "no more". Noah's Ark sounds like a great place!

  2. Oh no, Kiki's fine. She's only 2 years old. I got Ollie to be her friend.
