Birds are messy! (But we love them anyway)

I had just finished sweeping the floor in my room (it's also Kiki's room) and I had sat down to work on my Algebra.

Suddenly BANG! Kiki had tossed her food dish full of seed hulls out of her cage (the door was open). Seed hulls scattered all over the floor. It was a huge mess.

After vacuuming my whole room and shacked out the rugs, I had to clean out Kiki's cage. Then I had to vacuum again.

The point of this story is that a bird even a very small one like Kiki can make a big mess. If you don't want to deal with mess, don't get a bird.
